My HTC ozone is stuck on the HTC logo screen. Last night it said out of memory and then was frozen. So I took the battery out upon putting the battery back in it just stays stuck on the HTC logo screen, It does turn off but even when off it is very very hot. So I would appreciate any hints on how to resolve this at home rather then taking it to Verizon.
