If I'm living in Canada, and I buy an HTC Incredible off of Ebay from a guy who unlocked it in the US, then I buy a talk and text plan (doesnt need 3G or anything, just talk and text) and put the SIM card from the phone I got in my HTC incredible, WILL IT WORK.
