Htc Hero, texting went weird?

Erin's phone clock is a few minutes before yours, so the phone recieves the text with a date that is different than your clock. try and manually adjust your phone's clock back, or sort your messages by time recieved/sent, not when they say they are.
 
I have an Htc Hero and usually when I text, it goes into a conversation form (kinda like msn) but all of a sudden, it stopped that and does differently. Example:

Good way

Erin: Hey, where are you?
Me: At home.
Erin: Meet me at the park!
Me: Okay, be there in 5 minutes.

----------------------------------------------
BAD WAY (the way it is now)
Erin: Hey, where are you?
Erin: Meet me at the park!
Me: At home.
Me: Okay, be there in 5 minutes.

How do I fix this? Please help!
