I was recently trying to update my phone, you know for a new look and while during the process it was supposed to be done and i had a all new updated phone but it was not to long until i found out that my phone would leave the very first screen that pops up when you first turn on the phone with HTC on the screen and i have been searching the web for three days now and i have come up with nothing and i don't want to take it to the sprint store so can somebody help PLEASE all answers are welcome anything to fix my phone.
