I recently got a HTC Hero Sprint, and its been really buggy/glitchy. Sometimes when I need to call someone, it won't do the action, and other times when I need to text someone it won't text. The same thing happens on the internet browser, sometimes it opens and it says "page unavailable" even when I'm at full bars (this might be a network thing), and also I cant enter text. So I was wondering if these are common problems with the phone, or is it just a broken device?
