Tonight my HTC Hero ran out of battery. When I restarted the phone, it was literally default. All my apps, gone, contacts, gone, everything except for pictures saved on the SD card, gone. What do I do at this point as this is the second time this has happened. I am very pissed off as I just upgraded to 2.1 Android and it seems like my phone has just given out even though I've only owned it for a few months. Can I get a new phone or something because this has realllllllly pissed me off past my limits.
