HTC Hero Question(s)?

Is there a way to add movies to my HTC Hero? I use the mp4 format for my Ipod, so is there a way that I can do the same thing for my HTC? --- Also, how do I set up my Yahoo e-mail and other e-mails on the HTC? Thanks.
