HTC Hero question HELP!!?

just got my htc hero i know im like 5 phones late lol but this is my first android phone by the way i just love it just havent quite figured it out i need someone to tell me step by step how to put movies on it ive search it and everything yet i didnt find anything that could help me tell me what program i should use like windows meadia itunes what ever thank you
