I have version 2.0.18 of HTC Sync on my computer.
And when i attach the HTC Hero to my computer, it allows me to transfer files to and from its folders, but when i ask for a sync on the phone, it says that HTC cant be found on my computer, even though it really is there...
When i installed the new HTC Sync version i even made sure all security on my computer was off to ensure a flawless installation, but still it will not sync.
Please help!
