I went to the sprint store today and got a new battery because I thought that if i bought a new battery maybe that was it, but then realized that it wasn't that because when I plugged in my charger it wasn't WORKING! It say's like it's charging when it's not! This is making me so mad! Is it the port that's broken and it's not charging? How can you tell that that's the problem? Do i need to get it replaced!? Oh and the phone is about a month old.
