HTC Hero current location not auto updating?

I got an HTC hero recently, using the Android OS & Have the clock with the current location and the weather on it. When I move between towns or cities, the weather will update for the last city it realized I was in. I need to manually update the weather for it to work out I've moved cities. For example if I move from Belfast to Lisburn, it will stay on Belfast and update the weather in Belfast all day until I update the weather manually, then it changes to Lisburn.

Anyone know how to make it update my location on its own?
 
It's a bug in HTC's weather widget. It should be resolved when HTC/Sprint push the Android 2.1 update out. The rumor mill has it that it should either be this month or March.

You will probably see the 2.1 update available before Sprint releases it. The Euro GSM model already has Android 2.1 builds available for it, if you want to root your phone, although I think the weather app on those was pulled over from the HTC Android 1.5 Sense UI, so it will likely still have the same issues until HTC releases the official 2.1 build with the updated Sense.
