HTC HD2 swype keyboard lag?

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem; but when I attempt to compose a text message using swype the keyboard always freezes temporarily and is stuck on the numerics...
It is very annoying as it happens almost every single time...
Any solutions?

problem is common
its not swype its phone, try deleting your thread to every recipient that has more than lets say 30-40 texts send/recived, that will fix it
