HTC HD2 PROBLEMS HELP??????????

I purchased the HTC HD2 about 3 weeks ago and have had some problems. As you may know it lags and etc. IS there any way i can use android or something? If so can you tell me how? And secondly can i use the HTC Expresso theme for Mobile Shell 3.5.x? Here is a link to it:
