When I plug my HTC HD2 into my laptop the phone starts charging and asks how I wish to connects, so I know that it connects to the laptop.
When I go on HTC Sync it says no phone connects, I've looked everywhere for solutions but I cant find any that help or work, if all this fails I need to know if you can transfer your text messages from the phone to SD Card then back to the phone after I have completed my update.
