through Tmobile i updated and got the HTC HD2 i had to sign a new contract so i can get the upgrade. Well the phone being sweet, microsoft's market place sucks hard. So i was wondering if it is possible to return the phone and get the nexus one which requires you to get a new 2 year plan. ive had the phone for 3 days now. i read that i have a 14 day return policy, but i was wondering do i have the same for the contract.
