My HTC G1 does recognise the PC as it sounds when connected and then charges to show it is connected to power. But it then sounds again while still charging to say it is disconnected. It does this repeatedly.
I've found out a method to avoid this is to update the version of android however i can only do this by connecting to the PC. I would also like to ask if anybody has ever had any problems with updating to froyo 2.2.
