HTC EVO phone: "Waiting for WiFi"?

im trying to post a video on youtube from my phone and in my notification slide down bar it has the video and it says "Waiting for WiFi" next to it. i am sitting 3 feet from my wireless router and on my phone i have the wifi and 4g are both turned on. but it still says it. the video is only 1:25 long. i need some help yo! thank you
