So i already am paying the $30 for the hotspot. I go to the the apps, i click hotspot, i enter an SSID name, i choose the security and password, and then when i press the check where it enables it, it says its on but then its says "Error Code. Registrations failure. Your PCS Vision username and/or password may be incorrect. Please try again" What does it mean? It shows in the icon that the hotspot is active but when i try to connect my laptop to it, it connects but then says "no internet access" Why isnt it working? Please help! thank you very much 
by the way, i like in North hollywood (LA) and theres no 4g network here, only 3g. does that have anything to do with it?
