I just brought a HTC evo 4g from a friend of mine but it doesn't have a sim card with it because he removed it when he got a new phone. Recently my HTC evo phone was stolen along with my sim card and no I don't have insurance on my phone. I just wanted to know how would I get the phone turned over into my name without my sim card? Would I need to buy a new SIM card to go with the phone to have everything transferred? How would I do this? Thanx for the replies serious inquires only please
