Htc evo 4g sense ui update?

So I was wondering if HTC ever updates there sense UI on older phones? The HTC thunderbolt and inspire both have the newer sense which is awesome and is on the desire hd and desire z. So I dont know if HTC in the past has updated the sense UI on older phones because I really want the new sense on my HTC Evo 4g.....and yes I know about rooting but you can't use the camera,4g,WiFi and other things.
