So I'm a little confused on the hotspot fee for the HTC Evo 4g phone....Do I only pay 30 bucks in the month I use it? For example, if I use the hotspot in January will I then be charged an extra 30 dollars for that month? Or am I already paying the extra 30 dollars for having the feature on my phone. My pops still pays for my phone (thank God) and I believe he has all of the phones under a unlimited data plan. I just don't want to be paying for something I don't really use.
