Ok, i went to sprint today bc my phone was acting up, "running slow, bad server" So the guy told me i need to hard reset the phone. I didnt know what he was talking about so i googled it, it told me to do this: turn off the phone, push volume down and power button, then it comes up with a mune, i chose "Clear Storage" Well it cleared EVERYTHING. So most important thing i lost is my numbers, all my business contacts.......... I NEED THEM BAD!!!! So i was thinking it just erased my whole phone, but after setting my phone setting i found many ringtones that i have downloaded. So that makes me wonder if there is a way to get my numbers back. I downloaded one of the apps that i used to have and it told me that it has found something that i had in the past and if i wanted to recover it, well i did and i got my music back. PLEASE someone tell me that i can get my phone numbers back somehow. And no i didnt synch it with google. I know big mistake, but didnt know i would ever have this problem.
Also all of my pictures and videos are still there... There is got to be a way to get my phone numbers back. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME
