HTC EVO™ 4G vs PALM PRE?

ok so i have had a Palm Pre for a little over a year and i am pretty satisfied with it. I have, however, heard alot about the new HTC EVO™ 4G phone from sprint. Does anyone have a preference between the two?

also my pre just broke, and i have insurance on it. I was wondering if i would be able to switch out the Pre (a $549 phone) with the HTC EVO™ 4G (a $499) phone instead of getting a brand new pre.

The Evo. Android is probably the only competitor compared to The iPhone OS. The Evo is very fast, it's even faster in you're in a WiMAx city, WiMAx is the connection, 4g. The 4g service is an extra 10 bucks to your bill, even if you dont or cant use it. The Evo has a 8.0 mp cam and shoots in HD! the 720p looks great. I think The Evo is the best for you.
