HTC Droid vs. the Motorolla Droid. Which is better?

I have the BlackBerry Storm and I love it but for some reason every once in a while and it gets really slow and agrivating, so I'm thinking of buy a Droid. Which is better HTC's or Motorolla's? I'm looking for things like: speed, keyboards (I used one Droid in Best Buy but I forget which one and the slide out keyboard sucked. The buttons where so hard to push in) memory space things like that. So can anyone help from experience?
 
First off, you probably used the Motorola Droid, because the HTC Droid does not have a physical keyboard. The keyboard on the HTC Droid is only on the touchscreen. Although the Motorola Droid keyboard may seem shallow and hard to use, you get used to it after a while. Although the HTC Droid may be cheaper, the Motorola Droid has a much faster processor and more memory. The Motorola Droid also has a newer version of Android, the operating system on the phone.
