HTC Droid Eris vs HTC Touch Pro2?

Getting a new phone soon and i have compared a bunch of phones to each other and was able to narrow down to these to phones (HTC Droid Eris and Touch Pro2). I HAVE NO IDEA WHICH ONE TO CHOOSE!

Would touchscreen typing be better than keyboard?? What has a better "feel" to it?

Mind helping me list some quick pros and cons? Thanks!
