Hi, i'm trying to do the factory reset on my htc droid eris. However, after upgrading it to the firmware 2.1, I cant find the 'factory reset' in security option. Also, when I push 'volume down' + 'send' and 'power' I get four options, which I don't quite remember but yea, I dont seem to know what is the factory reset...
please help!
