I have a htc dream T-Mobile phone that i unlocked and used on my rogers plan in Canada. It worked but then i did a wipe out on the phone so that i could erase everything. I had to sign in on my google account, sadly no luck. I tried putting in my friends data plan sim in to the phone so that i could get it starting but it wouldn't work. It stated that i most likely don't have a data plan on the phone and call customer service. Is there a procedure i could do to get pass this?
