HTC desire z purchasing help?

Getting the HTC Desire Z soon but not sure on best deals. Must be on vodafone network and have unlimited texts, 500 MB or more, and minutes do not matter. Can be either sim only contract or with phone but also aware that contracts with phone cheaper through other sites rather than directly from vodafone. Any help and links to sites appreciated. Also any problems with the HTC Desire Z before i go ahead and buy it. Thanks in advance
