I purchased a 2gb memory card and installed music from my desktop computer, but when i play the songs using the WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER on my HTC DASH EXCALIBUR the "The media library version is incompatible". dialog always appear, i've tried to reformat my phone and my micro sd card but still i cant retrieve my library. i hope someone would help me fix this problem.
