htc aria headphone jack help?

hi i have returned my phone twice because it has been acting up i got it today and everything seemed to work fine until i plugged in my headphones to listen to music nothing played i can not hear media volume. When i call someone or my voicemail i can hear it through my headphones but not with any games or music
