Hsbc/Yamaha account re-evaluated?

Has anyone experienced or can tell me why my account has been re-evaluated? I can log on to hrsaccount.com, which then directs me to yamaha-motors.com, and when I try to log on it states the my account has been re-evaluated. I have never been late on a payment, and I am trying to make this months payment.
