You should have specified the HP model you have and I would guide you on how to make it work flawlessly.

For the other file you downloaded, unzip the file to a folder that you can access. I suggest to create a TEMP file on your C-drive. Then when you clip the unzip, make sure you unzip in THAT directory.

Go to that directly, and you will see the setup file. Click on it and if the link is good, it will setup the program. Otherwise, email me and I will give you the correct link :)
 
The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the HP Photo and Imaging 2.0-Deskjet Series disk and click OK.

This message on my screen wont go away, after restoring an administrative account my mom wanted back because of the pictures she wanted back and documents.

Well i don't have the CD-ROM or a removable disk. I tried a website that someone had given me

but i am not sure if its working or not.. or if my computer just wont open the file. i open it and it Unzips, but then it stops. is that all it does?
