Hello everyone. I'm having problems downloading a game from the internet. I have the hp game console and when I click on Free Trial for a game, a pop up window says "Download Failed" & "The download for (whichever game I'm trying to get) failed (couldn't connect to server)" When I e-mailed their tech support I am told that my anti-virus and firewall are the problem. When I turn off everything I still get the same error message. Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it? If it will help I have a Hp m8330f
