Hello, I have a doubt and I hope someone could help me out on this. I have an HP IPAQ 510 Voice Messenger cellphone, I havent used it in about 2 months because after about 7 months of usage, the cell phone would go crazy typing in a lot of numbers and random letters without me pushing any buttons. Then one day that happened but when I turned it off and back on the screen just went completly black and a few letters and white numbers appeared and now even if its charged it just stays off or at a black screen. Honestly, I dont know if this is an internal error the cellphone came with or if its my fault, and honestly, the cell phone has fallen off of me a lot of times, so maybe after being hit so much I was responsable for that. I wanted to know if warranty covered that.. and also, if I lost the receit is there a way with the serial code they can know what I bought it to know Im still in warranty.. thank you..
