I've always had at least a few problems with Sims 2 even after I upgraded my computer for the game. I've discovered this is very common. I'm afraid to get more expansions for fear it will get slow and start to freeze, do the blue screen thing, or my screen will go black (it loads faster, and only does those last two I listed after upgrade). We are also thinking of getting a Mac. How's the game play on a Mac? I'd like to enjoy Sims 2 the way it was meant to be enjoyed without worrying about upgrading my computer. I'd like to buy a Mac, buy the Sims 2 Mac versions, and be able to play right away.
