How's the buffet at Excalibur?

Hi,

We are considering staying at Excalibur next week. We are on a budget! How's the buffet at Excalibur?
I see on the website an eat for the buffet all day for $25. Anyone tried this (eating at the buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner?)
