I'm a guy and I notice this happens a lot. It's like when I'm in school, girls only talk to me when they feel like it. Are a lot of girls like that or is it me? I'm 21 by the way
Like this one girl at school, I used to email her here and there and it would take her a while to answer me and she would give short responses Then at school, she comes up and says hi to me.
