...secrets and life time story....? they poured a full glass of vodka over your head?

just saw on a t.v. show this guy told how he had told his most intimate secrets and life story to someone in a bar and they got up and poured a entire glass of Vodka over his head...

has this ever happened to you or anyone you know?
