Depends on who you are asking. If your asking a soldier who he would survive then I would say "by not getting shot" if you are asking a civilian then I would say hide in a mountain...or go to Australia(they never seem to have any problems).
Real easy to answer this one: Live in the Nation with the best Military.
Missle defense would be a huge help. On another note, make sure you live in a country that protects freedom/Liberty so that you will want to survive.
