I'm not a true vegan, but am working my way on over (I still eat fish, egg, and milk products) and have only excluded red meats from my diet. A lot of drive-thru places can be tempting for new vegetarians, and I wanted to know how you would go about starting up a vegetarian and vegan drive-thru/dining service. Or if there already is one? Thanks
You do make a good point. A vegan diet isn't always healthier, but can be when done the "right" way. Of course you have to be careful! No matter what you eat (meat or not) you have to watch your intake. I suggested the idea of a vegetarian drive-thru is because I cannot stand the smell of cooking meat. It makes me nauseous. I know there are others that feel the same way. Thanks for your input!!
