How would you feel if this happened when your talking to someone?

i'm in college and it's my first year. I was talking to a girl sitting next to me in class. She asked me about what the teacher was saying and I told her and she laughed in a good way and we started talking. I was happy because I was getting in a groove of making new friends and especially talking to a girl too. It was also the girl my friend told me is really pretty and she was. Everything was going great when out of no wher I hear a voice say "Oh really?" during my answer to the girls question to me. Now I think it was just a coincidence maybe I heard this from another conversation but I just don't know for sure if it was directed to me or not. I turned around and couldn't find anyone looking at me so IDK for sure. It just bothers me bcuz everything was going great and it did go great. Has this happened to u where u heard a random voice while you were talking to someone but not sure if it was to you? I'm very sensitive and it bothers me...how do I not let it bother me? The part that bothers me is that IDK if it was to me or not.
