I have been in some situations to which I get heat stroke in extreme heat.
I have to think of tactical methods to cope.
I have to consider the following things.
Heat transfer.
***Convection, radiation and conduction and how to prevent them occuring as this will allow me to keep the house cool.
***I have to consider that other people don't believe I am so sensitive to hot weather, and that they will interfere as well as open windows which let the hot air in because they don't understand.
***I have to consider the humidity factor
I have nearly died several times because I am so sensitive to the heat.
I have to be very crafty, tactical and scientific as a means to be able to cope with it.
We have had temperatures reach nearly 40*C (104*F) with a humidity that may have reached about 50% apparently.
The person that was with me kept trying to open all the doors and windows, so I had to stapple the curtian hems together so that they couldn't.
Believe me, you cannot find a realistic way to cope with problems like you said.
The conditions make for obserd levels of inovation, which get in the way of everything.
