How would you convert a speedometer on a Lexus RX 330 and an IS 250 from

mileage to kilometers? We have an opportunity to drive two US Lexus vehicles that have speedometers in miles, in Canada. Are we able to convert the speedo's to kilometers (easily and cheaply)? Is it possible to change a chip to convert the electronic mileage readout to kilometers?
 
there SHOULD be a button on the display controls that will switch the readout from miles to km. If not, take it to a dealer and they should be able to help you for a decent price.
