how would you build a cruz missle or a neuclear bomb in your garage?

Uranium costs to much and is only available to legitimate causes (power plants, military, etc.).

You would need a particle accelerator to collide two uranium atoms.

An average Joe who can't spell "Cruise" or "Ghetto" couldn't build it.
