How would you be able to tell if a person is bulimic? (school wise)?

If there was a student in school that has bulimia what would they act like? eg

-how well would there grades be?
-what kind of personality would they have?
-would they get in trouble in school?
-would they have many friends?
-would they miss many days in school?
-would they eat at lunch?
-is it possible to kept it a secret?

I have bulimia and i was just wondering how other people act and is there a way to tell if a persons bulimic by the way they act.
