How would one get a book of poems published?

My mom has a few thick binders of poetry that she really wants to get published. She has ben writing for years and me, my brother, and many more have told her to get them published cause she is very good and I don't even like to read poetry. lol anyways any help would be great.
will it be expensive? lol idk how much Copywriter Lawyer costs
