I really need help on writing this pre lab procedure. The only information we were given is
-You will be given 4 samples and you will have to determine the number of moles in each sample. The samples will include:
1. An element (several small pieces of a metal)
2. An ionic compound (a beaker with a sample of a salt)
3. A gas (a container with a known volume of a gas STP)
4. Water (density=1g/ml)
I really don't know where to start! It seems like i don't have enough information to complete this question! please please help!
