how would i power my car audio set up?

i been in the car audio for a year or two but nothing as big as i am planing to do. im putting in a planet audio ac5000.1d amp (http://www.planetaudiousa.com/main/660) to power a dc level 5 12" sub and a rockford fosgate p400-4 to power my door speakers witch im sure will be upgraded at some point. im putting this into a 05 f150 xlt super crew cab so i don't have a lot of playing room. i want most room i can get but not sacrificing a lot of power. so please tell me what all i would need caps,batteries,alternators. stuff like that and if you suggest something could you tell me good places to hide them under the seat is not really big so im trying to figure out were to put them. thanks
