What programming/html/whatever would be involved in this?
I want something more than a forum and i definitely dont want SMF or PHPBB or some packaged thing like that, i want this to look well done.
I dont know anything about websites or programming,
and id like to know what im going to have to learn to have the ability to make a website with live-updating topics.
Also, how would i make new entries from forum members create their own extension or file on my site?
Is all of this out of the question?
