So I've been filling out applications online for about a month at local places around here and also a few places in person. But it seems no one will hire me. So I'm thinking of trying to go to some of the restaurants near me and trying again but doing it in person.
I'm 16 and I already have my license, and I don't understand how this works xP
I made a resume that included all of the information most applications ask for, and I know people say the employers may find it impressive if I include a resume especially since I'm young.
But somewhere like McDonald's..how would I even do it?
Since I have a resume do I still fill out the application? Or do I fill out the application and send a copy of my resume?
Or is somewhere like that not even worth printing out my resume for?
